Gallery 15 - Terms & Conditions

Gallery 15 is on online marketplace for antique dealers and flea market vendors. This marketplace is designed so that antique dealers and pickers can trade, sell and auction items between registered members.

Gallery 15 is owned and operated by Dave Reid o/a Gallery 15.

In order to be registered the potential member must demonstrate that they are in the business of buying and selling antiques, vintage, retro and collectable items.

The site prohibits the sale of any service, and is strictly for the sale of products. The following are products that are not permitted to be listed or sold;

1. Prohibited Listings

The list below details what can't be posted on Gallery 15: Gallery 15 is for products only no ads for services of any kind are permitted

- Adult or Erotic Products and Services
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Blood, Bodily Fluids and Body Parts
- Burglary Tools
- Car seats manufactured prior to January 1st, 2012
- Counterfeit currency, stamps or coins
- Counterfeit Products
- Electronic Surveillance Equipment designed or used primarily to illegally intercept/record the private actions or interactions of others without their knowledge or permission
- Embargoed Goods
- Escort or accompanying services
- Government and Transit Uniforms, IDs and Licenses
- Health or weight loss products that have not been approved by Health Canada
- High-Powered Laser Pointers
- Illegal Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia (such as narcotics, steroids etc.) or any mention of related items, services or activities
- Illegal Services
- Ivory or bone (Examples include: Bone from animals that produce ivory, carved and uncarved ivory, manufactured items containing actual ivory, and so on)
- Hazardous Materials
- Fireworks, Destructive Devices and Explosives
- Identity Documents, Personal Financial Records & Personal Information (in any form, including mailing lists)
- Items which encourage or facilitate illegal activity (such as mod chips or modding services)
- Knives, excluding collectable knives and swords (unsharpened, fantasy/antique) and kitchen utensils, cutlery
- Lottery Tickets, Sweepstakes Entries and Slot Machines
- Marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia (or any mention of related items, services or activities)
- New merchandise or services from network marketing companies, independent franchisees or distributors, or similar representatives*
- Obscene Material and Child Pornography
- Offensive Material
- Pesticides
- Pictures or images that contain nudity
- Police Badges and Uniforms
- Prescription Drugs and Devices
- Prostitution or ads that offer sex, sexual favours or sexual actions in exchange for money
- Recalled items
- Satellite products that violate the Radiocommunication Act
- Sexual services, including webcamming
- Solicitation of other users except by placing an ad
- Stocks and Other Securities
- Stolen Property
- Tobacco and Related Items
- Taxidermied Animals
- Tobacco Products or other smoking related items (hookahs, e-cigarettes, herbal blends etc.)
- Meat for human consumption
- Used Cosmetics
- Weapons and related items, services or activities (such as firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition
, Airsoft rifles or parts, BB and pellet guns, replica weapons, tear gas, stun guns, archery equipment, and martial arts weapons)

2. MEMBERSHIP

A. Basic membership allows the members to list items that are only available to other registered members. Pricing, trade terms and item details are hidden from the general public.

B. The auction component if purchased with the basic membership allows members to place items for auction to registered members only.

C. The shop front option if purchased allows the member to either list the item solely for other members to view or to be viewed by the general public. This also applies to the auction component if purchased in conjunction with the shop front.

3. TERMS OF USE

A. This website is operated by Dave Reid o/a Gallery 15. The terms 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to Dave Reid o/a Gallery 15. The use of our website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use, as amended from time to time (the 'Terms'). The Terms are to be read together by you with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of our website. Please review the Terms carefully. The Terms apply to all users of our website, including without limitation, users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors and/or contributors of content. If you access and use this website, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms or our Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to access our website, use any of our website's services or place an order on our website.

You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of our website or for any service, content, feature or product offered through our website.

D. Products

All trades or purchases through our website are between members. If the member chooses the option of a shop front they agree that the general public may view items and pricing and may purchase direct from the selling member. We do not sell products or take payments on behalf of our members. All sales are between registered members and or the general public if applicable.

Prices for products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse listings, including without limitation, listings that appear to violate the prohibited items list. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent listing, we will be entitled to cancel the listing and inform the relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products listed on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.

E. Links to Third-Party Websites

Links from or to websites outside our website are meant for convenience only. We do not review, endorse, approve or control, and are not responsible for any sites linked from or to our website, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and we will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with linking. Links to downloadable software sites are for convenience only and we are not responsible or liable for any difficulties or consequences associated with downloading the software. Use of any downloaded software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is provided with the software.
